Toan earned his Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and later obtained an MBA from Washington University of Science and Technology. His extensive background includes roles as a Senior Accountant at Riley & Nguyen LLC., a Financial Coordinator at Petro Vietnam Oil Corporation, and a General Accountant at PETEC. This diverse experience has honed his skills in financial analysis, bookkeeping, and tax matters.
